Execution

Compare assignment time, remediation time, on-time closure and overdue rate using the same definitions.

Evidence completeness

Connect before/after evidence, residual-risk reassessment and final human approval to the original event.

Review independence

Separate operator and reviewer identities and record the customer confirmer. Synthetic data cannot support outcome claims.

Current boundary: public performance claims remain blocked until a real 8–12 week institutional pilot evidence set is received. Status remains `EVIDENCE PENDING`.
